Milk with dissolved milk sugar is particularly suitable for those who don’t feel great after drinking milk and for the lactose intolerant. Lactose intolerance is the consequence of a reduced function of the lactase enzyme, which breaks down lactose to simple sugars, glucose and galactose. This process is already carried out for the Lahkoten dan alpine milk at the dairy using the breakdown of enzymes.
