Walnut roll cake
 
Ingredients
::
- 8 eggs
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- ca 10 dag ground walnuts
- 1 Mileram; 450 g
 
Beat egg whites. When stiffly beaten, add sugar and vanilla and beat still 1 minute. Gently stir in egg yolks. Add walnuts and stir carefully. Spread on baking paper and bake in preheated oven to 180 ºC for 12-15 minutes. Roll still hot cake into baking paper. Unroll when cool and spread with sour cream. Roll cake again with the same baking paper. Cut cake to pieces and serve chilled.
