Ingredients for 2 persons:

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan, add onion rings; when they turn yellow, add a tablespoon of flour and stir well. Add chopped spinach, salt, pepper, 100 ml of Alpine milk and 200 ml of sweet cream. Stir thoroughly and leave to simmer slowly for about 15 minutes.
The sauce goes well with potatoes, rice or pasta. Enjoy! |
