Porcini mushrooms in cream sauce
 
Ingredients
for 3 persons:
- 1 tablespoon of Butter; 250 g
- 1 onion
- 100 ml Alpine milk with 3.5 % milk fat; 1 l
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 pack of Sweet cream with 35 % milk fat; 0.25 l
- spices (salt, pepper, garlic, finely chopped parsley)
- 250g of porcini mushrooms (or any other mushrooms)
 
Melt butter in a saucepan; when melted, add finely chopped onion and wait till it turns yellow. Add 100 ml of milk, a tablespoon of flour and stir well. Then add washed and sliced porcini mushrooms and spices. Stir everything, add sweet cream and let it simmer slowly for 10 minutes, so it will cook thoroughly. The mushrooms can be served with bread as an independent course, but they are even better as a side dish with potatoes, rice, pasta or bread dumplings.
