Mix ingredients with hand mixer and pour into greased and slightly floured baking pan (ca. 26 cm). Bake about 10 minutes at 200 ºC. In the meantime, stir egg and sour cream until smooth and spread over cake after 10 minutes of baking. Continue baking for 35 minutes at 190 ºC. Let cake cool, cut and serve.
