Golden Braids with Four Cheeses
 
Ingredients
for 4 persons:
- 350 g pasta - braids
- 70 g Ementalec; approx. 400 g
- 50 g Gauda; approx. 3 kg
- 70 g Edamec; approx. 3 kg
- 2 dl Sweet cream with 35 % milk fat; 0.25 l
- salt
- white pepper
 
Place butter in the pan and wait for it to melt, then add flour to it and roast it. When the smell of flour starts spreading, pour sweet cream in it and add all the grated cheeses and spices gradually while the mixture is boiling. Boiling itself should take long enough for the sauce not to stick together. When the mixture becomes less compact, pour it over the already cooked and drained pasta. Serve salad along with the dish.
