Ingredients for 6 persons:
| - | 400 g Phyllo dough | | - | 1 kg Mu Cusine cottage cheese | | - | 3 dl Mileram; 450 g | | - | 4 eggs | | - | salt | | - | oil |

Stir 2 dl of sour cream, eggs and salt in mashed cheese. Grease baking pan with oil. Place in a layer of dough (in U-shape), put a double layer at the bottom of baking pan, spread ¼ of prepared cheese over dough, cover with another layer of dough, and repeat the procedure 3 more times with a layer of dough at the top. Spread with remaining sour cream. Bake about 1 hour at 170 ºC. Remove from oven, cover with wet cloth, wait 10 minutes, cut and serve.
