Stir the butter, once melted at room temperature.Add the drained cottage cheese and the finely chopped fresh herbs and salt as desired.Whip the sweet cream in a separate bowl.Lightly mix the cottage cheese into the whipped cream.Then put the cottage cheese in the fridge to cool.Once the cottage cheese cream is cold enough, shape it into dumplings of the wished size and serve them with the chosen salad bunch, covered in the yogurt dressing. |
