Dissolve the yeast in a bit of warm milk with added tablespoon of sugar. Knead the dough from the dough ingredients, then roll it out to 1 cm thickness. Cut round cakes with round cake model or a glass, coat them with whipped egg and cover them with grated cheese. Put the cakes into a hot baking tin (no grease required) and bake at 200 degrees Celsius until they become golden yellow. |
