Award for the Human Resource Development Project
Award for the best project in the field of human resource management has been annually given away. The expert commission has awarded our as the second best.
At the 14th Human Resource Management Conference, the award for the best project in the field of human resource management has been annually given away already for the ninth time in a row. The expert commission has awarded the Human Resources Development Project in Ljubljanske mlekarne with the award for the second best project.
Ljubljanske mlekarne are aware that the business resources (money, equipment, materials) serve their function only if they are activated by the employees with their knowledge, competence and will. Therefore, the human resource development in the development strategy of the biggest diary manufacturer in Slovenia is defined as one of the key projects for the rise of company’s business. To confirm the latter showed also the last night’s award for the best HRM Project. The human resources development project established in Ljubljanske mlekarne has been made by the expert commission including Daniela Brečko, PhD, Karmen Gorišek, MA, Racio Razvoj Company and Brana Gruban, Dialogos Company, under the set criteria (applicability, originality-innovation, up-to-date state, expertise, effects on the practices) and recognized as the second best project.
“The aim of this project is to establish the systems that will enable the systematic development of the employees in order to make them capable in fulfilling the set vision of the company and to realize the development goals with their own competence (knowledge, skills, values and personality traits),” said the General Human Resources Sector Manager in Ljubljanske mlekarne.
To achieve the set goal, they have established the following systems:
- annual development agreements,
- competence,
- defining the potential of employees and,
- evaluating the success and measuring the effect of the training.
In Ljubljanske mlekarne, the employees are the base and the assurance for the development and the growth of the company. Ljubljanske mlekarne believes to be able to develop employees who are competent to be able to fulfil the set vision of the company and to realize the set goals in the development of the company.
