AWARD-WINNING INNOVATION FROM LJUBLJANSKE MLEKARNE
Ljubljana, 19 October 2011 – The Dairy Innovation magazine and the International Dairy Federation presented the IDF Dairy Innovation Awards 2011. Out of more than 100 entries from 25 countries grouped in 14 categories, the Mu Vita brand by Ljubljanske mlekarne, which is synonym for light, healthy products with less fat and sugar, was presented a special recognition award in the category of Best Newcomer Brand of Business, while the Mu Vita spread and butter won in the category of Best New Butter or Spread.

LJUBLJANSKE MLEKARNE ENDED 2009 WITH PROFIT
Ljubljana, June 18, 2010 – At the today's 15th regular general meeting of Ljubljanska mlekarne d.d., where 71.60 % of the capital was present, the annual report for 2009 was reviewed, and a decision on the use of profit for appropriation for the year 2009 was adopted. Among other things, a proposal of amendments and modifications of the company statute was discussed at the meeting.

LJUBLJANSKE MLEKARNE IS A FAMILY-FRIENDLY ENTERPRISE
Ljubljana, May 14, 2010 – Ljubljanske mlekarne have become a part of the third generation of companies to receive the title of a family-friendly enterprise. Furthermore, it is the first company engaged in the food processing industry in Slovenia to receive the basic certificate. At the ceremony organized at the City Museum of Ljubljana on the day before the International family day, the slovenian Minister of Labor, Family and Social Affairs, Ivan Svetlik, PhD., conferred certificates to 11 companies which had entered the certification process. Wishing to enable its employees to coordinate the professional and private life more easily, the company Ljubljanske mlekarne adopted 14 measures which will be implemented in its operation within the next three years.
